Why this belongs in the FermiLabs story
The 2025 RoboCup Junior season turned years of robotics practice into a sequence of competition results recorded across regional, national and European events.
The portfolio reports five regional podiums in selections held at STMicroelectronics, followed by national and European competition. The teams worked with AI vision systems, advanced sensors and autonomous robotics under real competition constraints.
At the European event, the portfolio records podium results for Rescue Maze and Soccer Camera Tracking in a competition with more than 600 participants, together with a special recognition for fair play.
The original portfolio explicitly credits mentors Mario Bellerino, Nunzia Cusimano and Giuseppe Zappulla for guiding the learning and technical process. The season shows that competition engineering is a team system, not only a robot.
