Arduino Measurement & openDAQ: From ADC to Traceable DAQ

This course connects accessible Arduino acquisition to professional DAQ concepts through theArduino OpenDAQworkstream. It covers UNO Q and GIGA R1 architectures, channel identity, timing, buffering, metadata, openDAQ interoperability and evidence boundaries.
Where useful,SpeedCircuits Labprovides the simulated side of the model → simulate → measure → compare loop. Simulation remains simulation; openDAQ/source interoperability remains separately gated from hardware-measured evidence.
What you will produce
- an ADC calibration record;
- a timestamped/channel-labelled data stream;
- a dropped-sample and buffering test;
- a provenance receipt distinguishing synthetic, replay and live data;
- a capstone measurement report suitable for later comparison with a simulation.
